Merino sheepskin paint rollers hold more paint than regular rollers, provide for faster coverage, are easier to clean, and last a long time. They come in a range of lengths and naps (3/8" to 1 1/2").

Our premium quality paint roller covers are from the same factory and are the same quality as ones that are offered for sale in many big box stores and paint manufacturer outlets across the United States at much higher Prices. They are suitable for all latex and oil-based paints.

Please note that these are bulk roller covers and do not come with fancy plastic sleeves. They are ideally suited to do-it-yourselfers and painting contractors. Plastic sleeves are available for a slight surcharge.

We currently stock the 9" x 3/4" (229mm by 20mm) rollers and can offer these in less than case Prices. Each 9" x 3/4" roller is 9” long by 3 1/4” wide.

Use Instructions

Pre-wet the roller cover with water before using. This process opens the space between the fibers to allow the paint to penetrate into the pile better.

Do not overload the cover with paint. Overloading cases the roller to slip and not perform as well.

The rollers are designed to handle all modern paints.

Cleaning Instructions

Remove the roller cover immediately when finished painting.

For water-based paints, wash the roller cover with soap and warm water and then rinse it until all the paint is gone. Do not squeeze the cover to dry it. Instead, spin the cover to remove excess water.

For oil-based paints, place the roller cover into turpentine or mineral spirits as recommended by the paint manufacturer. Swish around the roller cover to remove all the paint. Roll out the excess turpentine or mineral spirits and spin dry the roller cover to allow air to get into the pile.

A Case of Paint Rollers

This is what a case of 9" x 3/4" sheepskin paint rollers looks like. Each case of 147 rollers is 29" x 23" x 22" and weighs 30 lbs. The box size is the same for all the cases--just the quantity packed varies by roller size.

Container Shipments from China

We can load approximately 126 cases in a 20-foot container or 252 cases in a 40-foot container and ship direclty from China to your location. For example, we can load 37,044 units of the 9" by 3/4" roller in one 40-foot container. Multiple sizes can be shipped at the same time. Price reductions are available for container shipments sent directly from China.

LCL shipments from China are possible. The minimum order for LCL shipments is 2,500 pieces.

The roller covers are duty free in the U.S.

Private Label

The minimum order quantity for private-label orders is 20,000 pieces. There is a US$0.05 charge per roller to put them in sleeves. The customer can provide the custom-printed sleeves.
